Solution Finder quiz: If you use our Solution Finder assessment, we collect the responses you provide and your contact information. This is used only to understand your project needs and follow up with relevant recommendations. Your quiz responses are not shared with anyone outside of Breemedia.
AI assistant: If you use our website’s chat assistant, your conversation is processed in real time to generate a response and is not stored on our servers after your session ends. We do not save chat transcripts. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. The assistant is powered by a third-party AI service (Anthropic), and your messages are sent to their API solely to generate a response — Anthropic’s data usage policy prohibits using API inputs for model training.
Automatically collected information: If analytics tools are enabled on our site, we may collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, time on site, browser type, device type, and referring URLs. This data is aggregated and cannot identify you personally.
How we use your information

What we will never do with your data

Cookies and tracking

Third-party services

- Cloudflare: Our site is delivered through Cloudflare’s network for security and performance, our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, and we use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a cookieless service that collects aggregate traffic statistics without cookies, fingerprinting, or identifying individual visitors. That is the complete list — even our typefaces are self-hosted, so no font requests leave our site. We do not use advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, retargeting tools, data brokers, or any other third-party marketing services on this website.
Data security
We take active measures to protect any personal information you provide. Our website is served over HTTPS (encrypted connection), form submissions are validated and sanitized server-side, and any stored data is protected with appropriate access controls. We do not store more information than is necessary to respond to your inquiry, and we do not retain it longer than needed.
